At Optimum – The Cycling Station , we are committed to providing a fast, simple, and reliable shopping experience. All orders are carefully prepared in our Lévis warehouse and shipped as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your cycling and sports nutrition equipment right away.

Free shipping on orders over $74

We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada for all orders of $74 or more (before taxes).
For orders below this amount, a $15 fee is added to your order during the payment stage.

Processing times

  • Orders are processed in 2 to 5 business days .

  • You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

We primarily ship via:

  • UPS

  • GLS (depending on the type of package)

We automatically select the carrier offering the best speed/reliability ratio based on your region.
