TEMPO ARGO R5 is a versatile endurance road saddle with a short nose design and generous ischial support that encourages stability.

Where a traditional saddle shape encourages cyclists to frequently change position for better leverage, Argo places the cyclist in a more planted position, allowing for greater stability and better weight distribution.

The short length of Tempo Argo allows the cyclist to sit further forward without putting excessive pressure on sensitive tissues.
It also features an ergonomic cutout that was developed using detailed pressure analysis and input from medical experts.

Argo is our most versatile seat shape, and each version suits different riding styles. As an endurance riding option, Tempo Argo was designed to offer a riding feel suited to the balanced geometry of today's versatile road bikes.

The padding is made from fizik's proprietary type 2 foam formulation, slightly thicker around the ischial area to support a more upright riding posture.
The cushioning is slightly softer and more progressive than the type we use on our racing saddles, offering more comfort over long distances.

Argo is a product of the Fizik Concepts program, an interdisciplinary collaboration of industry experts and academics conducting research and analysis on bicycle technology, design, physiology, and fit in search of ways to improve cycling performance.
