Fizik - Alpaca Terra X5 MTB Saddle - Black - 145mm

This Terra version of the Alpaca saddle is perfect for full-suspension trail bikes; it's designed to feel great whether your dropper post is extended for pedaling or lowered for descents. The 145mm wide saddle offers excellent pedaling support, but it's also easy to move around. A gradual transition from the nose to the wings allows for constant fore-aft and aft position changes, while the gently undulating tail discreetly supports the lower back.

We wanted this saddle to help you explore the toughest trails. So, the nose is wide and flat, providing a solid platform to push against as you move forward to maintain traction when tackling steep climbs. For added comfort, we've included an ergonomic cutout that relieves pressure on soft tissue without interfering with loose-fitting shorts.

Harsh conditions and noisy riding require robust solutions, which is why all Alpaca saddles are equipped with Mobius, our exclusive closed-loop rail design, for increased strength and weight distribution, making broken saddle rails on hard landings a thing of the past.

Once you've conquered the climbs and are descending with the dropper post lowered, your saddle becomes a control device. The rounded contours of Terra Alpaca allow for smooth, rapid leg movement around the saddle to help you stay on course. And the flexible edges along the wings and rear protect the inside of your legs from bruising, even on the roughest rides.
